The initial Onboarding FEE + the Monthly Flat Operational FEE + the Trade and Technical non-fixed, per-project FEE are determined by the company's size, its revenue, and the activities and services required to process operations.
- Are the VR CORPORANTEXT Advisory and Consulting costs and expenses tax-deductible?
Yes, often 100%, according to the country of origin. Furthermore, all Advisory and Consulting services offered by VR CORPORATENEXT, as well as potential additional experts such as notaries, accountants, and lawyers, represent costs that can often be subsidised through incentives (20-100% non-repayable in some cases).
- Are there different levels of intervention?
Yes, the initial Onboarding FEE, set to let all operators and the offices start rapidly the processes of establishment - after the settlement and the agreed path to pursue; then the ongoing progress through the Monthly Flat Operational FEE, and when VR CORPORATENEXT supports and drives Commercial and Trade operations through Technical Advisory is applied a pre-agreed non-fixed but gradual per-project FEE (e.g. 10,000 Euros under 100,000 Euros for active executive support during a commercial operation, or 70,000 Euros under 1 million Euros value, 250,000 under 5 million Euros and the fixed 3% under 10 million Euros).
- Are annual contracts or longer?
Given the Monthly Flat FEE structure for ongoing support, the minimum cut is one year of operability to complete and serve with optimal performance. Generally, all agreements with operability variants endure for years.
